Behind the scenes @TinyFishCo - Yoga wear and Flexi Foodie Shoot!

Today I had a real insight behind the scenes of a working photo shoot for yoga wear company Tiny Fish and Flexi Foodie Julie Montagu, yoga teacher and published author of superfoods otherwise known for her relatable role in Ladies of London.  I was fortunate to be asked to help style some looks for Tiny Fish known for great yoga wear and their fabulous printed leggings, which not only are amazing for yoga but mixed with a chunky knit or jacket can easily be worn everyday.  The health benefits of yoga are life changing mixed with the right foods not only will you feel full of vitality but you can look effortlessly stylish too.

Here are a few of the looks put together, the knits and jacket are the models own but you can see how yoga wear can easily be worn from yoga to street.  Changing from season to season you can accessorise with a high top trainer or a casual flat Espadrille.  Finding time for ourselves in our hectic lifestyles is hard so why not combine style with health, after all we deserve to look and feel good.
